What a waste of cash! The furniture is poorly constructed junk. I've owned my sofas for under six months, and the cushions are already flattened, the sofa is sagging, and one of the legs on the settee has broken. That's £1020 gone down the drain! Plus, don't even get me started on the after-sales support—it's basically nonexistent!

This sofa is truly great. I'm really pleased with it. The quality is top-notch. The only thing that could use some work is the delivery timing. Each time I reached out, I got different info. Eventually, they did confirm the delivery date with just a day's notice. Can't complain about the delivery crew, though; they were courteous and set it up in a flash.

Stay away from this company; my sofas are messed up. The customer service is downright rude and keeps changing their story. One minute they said they’d swap it out and use their own delivery service, which is awful. Then they promised me a £250 refund, but now they’re saying it’s going back to finance, and finance doesn’t even know about any payment.

It's been 4 weeks since I placed my order, and I haven't received a call about the delivery yet. I reached out to the company, and while they replied pretty fast, all I keep hearing is that they're waiting on the courier for an update. This has been the same story for 5 days straight. They promised I’d get a call a few days before the delivery. Initially, I was told my sofa would arrive by October 12th, so I got rid of my old one in anticipation, and now I'm left with nothing to sit on. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

*UPDATE*

They've let me down once more. The sofa was supposed to come today, but I got a call yesterday at 4 PM saying, 'Sorry to bring you bad news,' but it won’t be delivered until next week. At this point, I’ve had enough. I’ve requested to cancel my order. This is just absurd. It’s excuse after excuse.

I purchased a sofa from this company, only to discover it had a manufacturing defect. The replacement they sent was a corner unit made from two completely different sofas. I reached out to them right away, but after numerous calls and being blamed for putting it together incorrectly, they finally agreed to send an engineer. The engineer found that this replacement was also mismatched, featuring two different ends, leathers, and stitching styles that didn’t fit at all. The company has chosen to disregard all of this and has refused to provide a replacement. I've contacted consumer direct and followed their guidance, but I'm still stuck. The manager was supposed to call me over two weeks ago, but surprise, that never happened. Now, my emails, calls, and Facebook messages are being completely ignored. This company is a mess and they’re taking advantage of people.

Update - They’ve now blocked me from messaging them directly, and my daughter, who tried to reach out about my issue, is also blocked. Customer service? What’s that? This company has none!

Big thanks to Maple Furniture for my beautiful couches, totally worth every penny. Apologies for the payment confusion, but it’s all sorted out now, and a nice guy fixed the buttons for me. Thanks again! I’d definitely recommend them!

I bought a sofa online and got charged completely, but I never got an email confirmation from Maple. Thought that was odd, so I called them up. When I talked to someone, they said they didn’t have my order even though I was charged in full. After waiting a whole week for some answers, I still can’t get in touch with anyone higher up, and they haven’t replied to any of my requests for more info. Absolutely terrible customer service, and now I gotta deal with my bank to sort this out. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I picked up a two-seater for my small gaming space and I'm really into it. Honestly, I reckon I hang out in that room way more now than I ever did.

I was on the hunt for a dining table and chairs, but I ended up snagging a new sofa as well. The quality is fantastic, there's a great selection of colors, and the service was top-notch. Thanks a ton! 😁

I got voile curtains from Maple Textiles that were labeled wrong... they sent me ones that are way shorter than the 90 inches I ordered! I’ve emailed them with pictures of the product and the order slip, but they still haven’t sent me the right ones??? Seriously? It’s their mistake!! Let’s get it together!!!
